Monitor Error in Database e:\lotus\notes\data\filename.nsf: Entry not found in index
Have you ever seen this error message in your console or statrep.nsf?
I see hundreds in my statrep.nsf all the time.
The cause is that the user with mailbox called filename.nsf has mail rules set to file messages to a folder that doesn’t exist anymore.
You can solve this problem a few ways.

Thanks for the links. I initially decided to go in a disable the mail rules for the users mailboxes that had the errors, but found that it was such a tedious task determining which mail rules were filing messages to folders that didn’t exist anymore.
For the users in question, they had nearly 100 mail rules and lots of nested folders so I didn’t want to accidentally disable the wrong mail rule and cause anger to the user.
Too bad the error message in the log doesn’t somehow indicate which folder is missing or which mail rule it is.
