They are backed up with a Backup Exec Media Server on another machine in most sites.

For no apparent reason, some of the Domino servers are backed up without problems, while other identical cluster mate machines cannot be connected to by the Media server.

We found that applying this registry entry from Symantec Document ID: 302505 solved most of the problems.
